Have you ever looked back at your archive?

I did, this week, over a few thousand images, I paired down the selection too I think 600.

They are tucked in here, I have asked 4 peers to take a look at them, they replied to a call out I made on Facebook so I said sure, have at it.

In the meantime, I will explain why all of this is going on.

I’m pivoting because I have become completely inspired by my peers and I want (need) to pivot to create a different look and feel.

I realize what I have planned to shoot at the beginning of this year got shot to shit by COVID (family documentary and weddings). So since then, I have been considering what I can do and with this inspiration, I referred to something falling into place on October 16th in a blog post. I shot fashion for a number of years and I am turning back to creating a more fashion feel with my work. It’s what I know and what I love and I am mining my archive to begin to create a different portfolio. I spent a day and a half looking back through my archive capturing images I felt may have a chance in making the cut.

It is going to take some time and I welcome your feedback all along the way.
