Ever wondered what your portrait would look like as a drawing? Blind contour is an incredible line created to see you in a whole new way.

I create photographs with a team consisting of a makeup artist, stylist and model. That model can be you too, the makeup artist and stylist are available to assist me at any time.

Then I create blind contour drawings of my images with pen and paper. Blind contour or continuous line drawings are made by not lifting your pen from the paper. I scan my drawings to create a high-resolution digital file.

If you are interested in learning more about my process or what this may cost please reach out photography@freeadmission.ca

I will spend a couple of hours with you taking your portrait in a couple of different locations so the background is varied. Bring a couple of different options for clothing, neutral colours and classic styles are best. You can use these images for a personal profile or a professional one, please let me know which you would prefer so I can prepare and be ready for suggestions with locations on the day. I use natural light to shoot and often shoot outside, I have artificial light and can shoot inside too.

These shoots will cost you $300 + tax and include all of the low-resolution JPG shots on the day in colour and black and white, 3 final edited images and 1 image drawn in a continuous line as a high-resolution digital file ready to print. You select the image to draw. If you are unable to decide I can help.

If you just want a straight-up portrait the cost will be $250 + tax and include all of the low-resolution JPG shots on the day in colour and black and white. 3 final edited high-resolution images. Additional images are $35 each or 3 for $90 + tax.

Sarah Kirby-Yung celebrated her city council position with a fun portrait and a continuous line drawing to support the theme.
